Hollister High School Visual and Performing Arts Classrooms

Aedis has been the exclusive Prime Architect on the entire Measure U building program that has included many new projects and modernization projects. Pictured here are the Visual and Performing Arts building that we completed as a Lease-Leaseback project with Jeff Luchetti Modular. Other projects include a new Student Union, and athletic facilities. Throughout the projects we worked closely with the Administration and the Program Management team to balance costs and needs to optimize the bond resources to benefit the District. This project includes performing arts classroom spaces, as well as visual arts and maker/shop space.
